Julia provides Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) and bodywork interventions with a focus on trauma recovery. BCST a gentle yet effective way to navigate mental, emotional, and physical difficulties through the body/nervous system. If you’re looking for relief in your somatic (body) experience of the world, this type of bodywork is amazing. Colleagues, clients, friends, and I have all received services from her and always given enthusiastic reviews. How/what she does is of course best learned by contacting her directly at her site below. Regulatory agency for mental health services in California. - American Psychological Association
Professional organization for all types of counselors, therapists, social workers and other types of providers of therapy, counseling, and psychiatric services. - American Psychiatric Association
